Job Description
We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Specialist to jour our operations team. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between our production operations, suppliers, and customers, ensuring smooth flow of materials and accurate documentation throughout our supply chain. Objectives of this Role
Shipping & Receiving- Process and fulfill customer orders with attention to accuracy and timely delivery.
- Package and ship products domestically and internationally, coordinating with shipping carriers.
- Receive incoming materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with customers on Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
- Pull materials for production kits according to work orders.
- Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
- Organize stockroom to ensure proper storage and easy retrieval.
- Track serial numbers and lot information as required.
- Process final work orders in the ERP system.
- Review invoices for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation for accounting purposes.
- Record inventory transactions accurately in the system.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments according to quality standards.
- Process and organize inventory in stockroom locations.
- Pull materials for production needs and prepare kits.
- Record serial numbers for boards and units in the system.
- Package and ship customer orders via appropriate carries.
- Process documentation for accounting (POs, receiving documents, invoices).
- Place orders for materials as directed.
- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules.
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support production and engineering with necessary supplies.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (desired) and Microsoft Office applications (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
